Proper documentation as per international quality standards. To control rejections during production and final inspection. Handling Quality inspection team from various international buyers and successfully conduct the inspection Managing a team of Quality and get them trained as per latest quality standards and new techniques Overall management of the Quality systems and its smooth running.
